How Do I Place an Order?
To place an order:

Add your chosen items to your shopping basket.

Proceed to checkout either via our website or PayPal.
• To continue using our website checkout, click the green “Checkout” button located on the right-hand side of the screen.
• To pay via PayPal, simply click the PayPal button.

You will then be directed to the Customer Information page, where you will be asked to provide:
• Email address
• Full name
• Delivery address

If you have a valid discount code, please enter it in the “Discount” field on the right-hand side of the page and click “Apply” to activate your discount.

Click “Continue to Shipping” and ensure your delivery address is entered correctly. If your billing address differs from your delivery address, please update it accordingly.

Continue to the payment section and enter your payment details. You may select the option indicating that your billing and delivery details are the same, where applicable.

Once all information has been completed, click “Complete Order”. You will then receive an on-screen confirmation along with a confirmation email containing your order details.

What If I Receive Missing or Incorrect Items?
If any items are missing or incorrect, please contact us at gratitudinee.com and include your Order Number together with photographic proof (image size below 1MB).
We will gladly resend the correct item at no additional cost. There is no need to return the incorrectly received item — please feel free to keep it as a gift from us.
How Will I Know My Order Has Been Successfully Placed?
You will receive an order confirmation email containing your Order Number and purchase details shortly after your order has been completed.
Can I Amend My Order?
Order amendments are permitted up until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order is placed.

How Do I Add Items to My Basket?

Visit the product page of the item you wish to purchase and select your preferred options.

You may then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

To view your basket, click the Basket icon located at the top of the website.
From there, you may:
• Adjust item quantities
• Remove products
• Review your order before checkout
How Do I Remove Items From My Basket?
Click the Basket icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
Locate the item you wish to remove and click the “Remove” link beneath the quantity section. The page will automatically refresh and update your basket.
How Do I Change Item Quantities?
Open your basket by clicking the Basket icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
Update the quantity in the “Quantity” field beside the relevant item. The total cost will automatically update accordingly.
