Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product has been dispatched or produced. If the order is cancelled at this stage, a full refund will be issued.
Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on eligible products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
• Be unused
• Be in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase or a receipt will also be required to process the return.
Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged shipping costs once at most (including returns). No restocking fees will be charged for returned products.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt of the returned goods.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
You should then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially processed and reflected on your statement.
